[Puzzle Publishers] Problems with software

If you have a specific problem with a piece of software, please make sure you've reviewed the tutorials first on the software.

Our software is browser based, so please make sure Javascript is turned on and you've cleared the cache.  Trying another browser can also resolve the issue.  We test our software in the 4 main browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari) but you never know when a problem can creep up during an update.

If that fails, please submit a support ticket and tell us the problem you're having, what browser and operating system you were using and what exactly the steps were to duplicate the problem.

We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
